The project will be presented during the Regatec conference in Verona, while teenagers will play with the Buck Bradley app in Turin

ISAAC will be protagonist in the coming days of two events different but analogously important for the project.
The first one will be hold in the “Salone del Libro” of Turin, from 18 to 22 May in the historical site called Lingotto. Born in 1988, the Salon last year had nearly 130,000 attendance!
The “Salone del Libro” is all in one the largest Italian bookstore in the world, a prestigious cultural festival, an essential international point of reference for professional bookmakers and an important educational project devoted to book promotion amongst young readers.
In addition to that, it will host workshops for the youngest in the bookstore village, where ISAAC will be present with its APP “Buck Bradley Comic Adventure”, a comic book adventure that helps the new generation to approach the topic of environmental sustainability and renewable energies, and therefore biogas and biomethane. During the workshop, project representatives will help a group of adventurous youngsters to live a unique experience by learning through the game, collecting clues and solving puzzles to facilitate our Buck to bring his friend Ciroki back into human appearance!
The second event in chronological order is REGATEC (REnewable Energy GAs TECnology), where science, technology and industry are gathered in Pacengo (Verona) on May 22 and 23, organised, among many, by CIB, the Italian Consortium Biogas, partner of ISAAC project.
Over 70 presentations between plenary and parallels sessions and posters make REGATEC the point of reference of the community working on biogas and gasification.
Two representatives of the ISAAC project will be present during the event:
Lorenzo Maggioni, CIB’s R&D Manager, with a talk on “The Development of Biomethane in Italy”;
Valerio Paolini, CNR-IIA researcher, with a poster titled “A quality assessment for biomethane from sewage sludge”.
